Shadow Frame

This is one of my only vases and flower paintings I did this year. I know you might notice from this piece but it is really an abstract painting that is flower oriented. Like much of my work. I really like the way this one turned out, but it is more like an abstract in that there is layer after layer and not just a typical flower painting I do in one sitting. I am branching out a little here and melding the two styles a little more than usual.
