I monologued on and on about making myself not keep paintings that I want to keep in the event that I have a house full of my own paintings. Lots of info on the painting of my cat asleep on the green chair. Paint 30 years keep two a year. Oh my. So I am taking more recent pieces I thought I needed to keep and having a talk with myself about it.
Another beloved painting I love of my cat asleep. She is dark gray and not black so you can catch her curling up and I had this hanging for the past year or so. I Love painting her and she is one of the best cat models around! But as much as I love her she has to seek a forever home! So I am doing my duty. Plus, I paint her a lot.
If you would rather have the piece shipped unframed then after you purchase it let me know and I will refund you the frame amount. It is normally $40 for very small works to $100 or so for larger ones. So if it not your style let me know!
