This painting is the same series of the young girl with bright blond hair and flowers. I love to paint them both and she is just appeasing me by standing there happily in the sunshine. The feeling of light in the plants is always a goal with these works and she is abstracted but provides that feeling of summer and a snapshot in time of a sun dappled day/
