Beach Sunset
Beach Sunset
Original Oil Painting
11 × 14
Oil on Linen
Maple Shadow Frame
This painting is from my time at the beach this summer. It was not the very best weather every day so the sunsets were simply hard to believe. The colors plastered against each other in the sky just demanded to be painted. And I am not exaggerating the color much here to be honest. But I didn't hold back, either. A beach sunset is about the most amazing use of color in nature that blends itself to natural compliments. And lets you use your hottest pinks.
