Maple Shadow Frame

All these works are from a series I have been doing from my recent trip to Park City, Utah, but also just my general love of snow and winter when it snows. The right hits different in the snow and that is true day or night. I have been very excited to get these paintings done! It has been so rewarding and fun.

This is a shameless sentimental take on genre kid snow idealized piece. But it isn’t wrong! It is he sweetest thing to see kids play in snow and have the house glowing in the back ground and the smoke from the fires. I am looking for the happiness these days and this kind of scene just makes it work, so I paint it.

These works will be able to ship mid Feb at the earliest as they need to dry.
