Nimrod Hall Summer Arts Program Registration & Cost

Registration

To register for 1 or more 1-week sessions, please send an e-mail to Laura Loe at laura@lauraloe.com and request a brochure to be mailed to you. Complete the registration form on the brochure and mail it to:

along with your deposit check or money order. You will receive a confirmation letter at the end of April. However, we will continue to accept applications, as space allows, until the sessions begin. If the week you selected is full, you will be contacted with options for other weeks. We fill all weeks on a first come, first served basis. A waiting list will begin when a week is filled in the event that a participant has to cancel. No deposits will be refunded if you cancel within the last 60-days before your registered workshop. Please apply early, so you get the artist in residence you prefer. Each artist session has 18-24 participants total. Writers are limited to 9 participants per session.

Artist Fees

  • $240 Deposit Due at time of Registration
  • $375 Due on Arrival
  • Total: $615 per each 5-day session

Includes all meals, a private room in a cottage (shared bath) and all artist fees. supplies are to be provided by the participating artist. A 15% gratuity of the $375 is customarily extended to the Nimrod Hall Staff who make our stay so pleasant. We will collect the gratuity at Nimrod Hall at the end of the week.

Writer Fees

  • $210 Deposit Due at time of Registration
  • $466 Due on Arrival
  • Total: $676 per each 6-day session

Includes all meals, a private room in a cottage (shared bath) and all artist fees. supplies are to be provided by the participating artist. A 15% gratuity of the $466 is customarily extended to the Nimrod Hall Staff who make our stay so pleasant. We will collect the gratuity at Nimrod Hall at the end of the week.
