To register simply print out the application above and mail to Laura Loe (address below) with your deposit. This is old timey but it works the best. Include your deposit check of $270. You will receive a confirmation email then a longer one closer to the date of your workshop. We will continue to accept applications, as space allows, until the sessions begin. If the week you selected is full, you will be contacted with options for other weeks. We fill all weeks on a first come, first served basis. A waiting list will begin when a week is filled in the event that a participant has to cancel. No deposits will be refunded if you cancel within the last 60-days before your registered workshop. Please apply early, so you get the artist in residence you prefer. Each artist session has 22 participants total, 11 per artist. Writers are limited to 9 participants per session.
Artist Fees

■$695 for each 5 day session.
Includes all meals, a private room in a cottage (shared bath) and all artist fees. Supplies are to be provided by the participating artist. A 15% gratuity of the $425 is customarily extended to the Nimrod Hall Staff who make our stay so pleasant. We will collect the gratuity at Nimrod Hall at the end of the week.
Writer Fees

Deposits are non-refundable within 60 days of your workshop date. Please understand that if you cancel close to your workshop it is very unlikely that an artist can attend on such short notice and your deposit will not be refunded.
